Our Vision
To build a thriving, Spirit-led church where every person encounters God’s presence, is transformed by His Word, discovers their calling and is empowered to influence their family, community, city and the nations with the hope of Jesus Christ.
Acts 2:42 AMP “They were continually and faithfully devoting themselves to the instruction of the apostles, and to fellowship, to eating meals together and to prayers.”
We envision a church where lives are transformed, families are restored, children are raised in faith, leaders are developed, disciples are equipped, gifts are activated, a city is reached with the Gospel and generations encounter Jesus.
Our Core Values
1. WE PUT JESUS FIRST.
“His presence is our priority and His Word is our foundation.”
Everything begins with Jesus. We are not building a church around personalities, preferences or programs. We are building a church where generations can encounter Jesus. He is not part of what we do, He is why we do everything we do.
Matthew 6:33 NKJV “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness.”
Colossians 1:18 NKJV “That in all things He may have the preeminence.”
2. WE LIVE BY FAITH.
“Impossible is where God begins.”
Faith is not an occasional response; it is our way of life. We choose to trust God, believe His Word and follow Him even when we cannot see the whole picture. We believe God is able to do what we cannot do in our own strength.
2 Corinthians 5:7 NKJV “For we walk by faith, not by sight.”
Luke 1:37 NKJV “For with God nothing will be impossible.”
3. WE BUILD PEOPLE.
“We don’t just grow a church, we grow people.”
Church is not about crowds; it is about disciples. We believe every person has God-given value, purpose, gifts and potential. Our desire is to help people know Jesus, discover who God created them to be and become everything He has called them to become. We are committed to:
- Building people.
- Developing leaders.
- Strengthening families.
- Equipping disciples.
- Releasing purpose.
Ephesians 4:11–12 NKJV “And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry.”
4. WE SERVE WITH EXCELLENCE AND HONOR.
“If serving is below you, then leading is beyond you.”
We believe how we serve matters. We honour God, honour people, honour leadership and honour the opportunity God gives us to serve His church. Jesus showed us that greatness is found in serving. We pursue excellence, not perfection, because what we do is ultimately an offering to God.
Colossians 3:23 NKJV “Whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.”
Matthew 20:26 NKJV “Whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant.”
5. WE LIVE ON A MISSION.
“Saved people serve people and transformed people transform communities.”
We believe the Church exists beyond the four walls of a building. We are called to carry the Gospel into our homes, workplaces, schools, communities, cities and nations. If the church isn’t mobilized to evangelize, that church will fossilize. We believe George is not simply where we are located. George is part of our assignment. Our desire is to see the Gospel reach people, families restored, communities strengthened and generations transformed by the power of God.

Why Faith Collective?
FAITH
Faith is our unwavering foundation in God and His Word.
We are people who choose to live by faith, trust God’s Word and believe that nothing is impossible with Him.
Romans 10:17 NKJV “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
Hebrews 11:6 AMP “But without faith it is impossible to [walk with God and] please Him, for whoever comes [near] to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He rewards those who [earnestly and diligently] seek Him.”
COLLECTIVE
Collective speaks of people coming together around Jesus and His mandate.
A collective of believers from different generations, backgrounds, cultures and walks of life united around one Lord, one Savior, one faith and one heavenly assignment. We are a collective group of believers living by faith and living on a mission.
We are stronger together than apart.
Ephesians 4:4-5 NKJV “There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism.”
